Ok, so I know it is a bit cliche to talk about this. But I am still flabbergasted every time I see Heidi Montag and her new (fake) everthing. How could someone go from this:

To This!!

I mean, I know I don't live in L.A. and that I too am trying to look my best, but at least I am getting healthy in order to achieve my goals.
